IATF 2023
Unafraid to court controversy, IATF203 featured the famous "Jollof Wars". This friendly competition was between Nigeria, Ghana, and Senegal. The chefs on the frontlines were Nigerian Chef Mrs. Moyosoreoluwa Odunfa, Senegalese Chef Mr. Abdoulaye Tamsir Ndir, and Ghanaian Executive Chef Mr. Dediha George(pictured above, from left to right).
Congratulations are due to Chef George, who won this battle with a subtly spiced and smoky version of jollof. But has this decided the Jollof Wars? Our own editorial team remains divided on the matter.
